On Thursday, two docket entries in the criminal case against Michael Flynn provided a roadmap to the next steps in the case that took a surprise turn last week. As I reported earlier this week, while Americans prepared for the long Labor Day weekend, lawyer Sidney Powell, who had taken over Flynn’s defense in June, hit federal prosecutors with a motion to compel evidence and a request for sanctions for prosecutorial misconduct. In her motion, Powell charged that government attorneys withheld potentially exculpatory evidence from Flynn, whom had pleaded guilty in late 2017 to lying to FBI agents. For instance Dirtish Sanders' adamant refusal to acknowledge, and thus try to EMEND the HORROR of his chronic, all-pervasive HALITOSIS is proof enough of that.

I'm not ready to damn Barr yet. I hope his purpose in becoming AG again is as he stated: To clean up the mess and restore confidence in the DoJ and FBI.
ReplyDeleteHillary isn't going to jail, but I would like to see the entire classified e-mail case reopened. I would like to see her bagment like Cheryl Mills and Huma charged and prosecuted for their part in the conspiracy and losing their law licenses.
General Flynn was railroaded. He went along because the only alternative was for the government to destroy him financially. President Trump must pardon him and the others brought down for "process crimes."
I know little about the law, but I hold out hope Flynn may still pull out a victory eventually, but my understanding is he has already been convicted, so I don't know how that would work.
It is the aten/tly obvious DOUBLE STANDARD –– one excessively lenient for Democrats, another far more severe for Republicans, Conservatives, Libertarians –– and especially right now TRUMPIANS –– that I abhor.

I'm frankly OUTRAGED and DISHEARTENED that James Comey is NOT being PROSECUTED –– particularly in light of what has been done to Mike Flynn, Paul Manafort, and Roger Stone –– among others.

ReplyDeleteIn decades past, the terms "left" and "right" as applied to Americans were couched in an American context of individual liberty, free speech, "live and let live", and free markets.
This is no longer the case. The new American left REALLY now "is" THE LEFT. They don't believe in free speech, "live and let live", and markets. They've replaced individual rights with government granted group privileges based on race and gender.
These people are no longer our brothers and sisters. They are dangerous ideologues who want to destroy the very concept of America. They should be treated accordingly.
