Be glad, as I am, that you are alive and still able to enjoy many of the most important aspects of life such as enhancing a store of wisdom and knowledge through prayer, reading, meditation, and attemptimg to show love to family and friends through phone calls, emails and making every effort to be agreeable and encouraging to everyone you know..
It’s still hard to believe how we suddenly got plunged into this Maelstrom of Fear, Deprivation, and Major Inconvenience. [I still refuse to call it a Disaster, and still believe the dangers have been grossly exaggerated for the purpose of strengthening Power and Control on the part of Government.]
Using a “crisis” –– real or conjured up –– to intimidate people and make them willing to give up their God-given liberties is a timeworn method of conquest and subjugation.
Remember it was Ben Frankin who said:
"They that can give up essential liberties for a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

ReplyDeleteThis is a serious event, handled poorly, like throwing a hand grenade at a wasps nests. There are more efficient ways to handle threats.
If so, I'd like to know what those more efficient ways might be.

Sit tight, use common sense precautions against infection to the greatest extenet possible, then sit tight, hope for the best, pray without ceasing, and exercise faith in Almighty God.
I don't see that we have any other choice, do you?
I will say that older people and those with vulnerable medical conditions should be able to determine to isolate themselves with pay if they cannot work remotely. Not sure it should apply to everyone since the virus is easier on young people. But I'm no medical or pandemic expert. Given people are contagious for day before they know they have it makes it a nuclear reaction type chain event. People are still out and about, so I don't see it quite like a government exercise in control.

ReplyDeleteStatististics had shown that in the United States, at least 97,000 people are known to have been infected with the coronavirus, and that there had been more than 1,000 deaths , these figures show that the virus has hit the United States very severely, and dangerously and than the United States had even more cases than China, or Italy or any other country!
And Hillary Clinton’s answer to that message was...." Well, Trump did promise America First”. This was her answer to the Man that destroyed her Hopes, and her Dreams of becoming the First Female American President, and I thank God that he did!
This is sort of Sick Humor that would be expected from a Jealous, Sore Losing Drunken Bitch! Making jokes about Americans getting Sick and Dying during a deadly global pandemic is just disgusting!
Hillary Clinton has once again showed the country that she has NO PLACE in American Government. And that this was completely expected from someone like Hillary!.

Here's an idea. How about naming it after the man responsible for the proliferation of the virus? Xi Jinping denied the human to human transmission of the virus for weeks and forced Chinese doctors to sign statements there was no problem. That literally caused millions of human to human contacts which spread around the world. So why not call it Jinping Virus! But the “Wu Flu" works perfectly, it's easy, it's catchy and it's accurate
Not once in their long history has any Chinese leader given a darn about the Chinese population. It isn’t political, it’s cultural, not even if Mr. Lee was living next to Mr. Wong for sixty years would he give a rat’s butt about Wong or his family. President Xi would not lose a minuets sleep even had China lost five million dead to the virus that they created. Perhaps this was a newer, updated version of Chinese killing their own child..
