It was a MISTAKE ever to have imagined that anything like the old "Melting Pot" metaphor would translate well into practical experience.
Once we started cynically importing large numbers of increasingly DISPARATE ELEMENTS under the mistaken belief that "ALL MEN (meaning PEOPLE) are created EQUAL" the vision of our Founding Fathers started to fray around the edges, unravel, and rend itself asunder.
The deliberate importation of DISPARATE elements in huge, uncontrolled numbers GUARANTEED our falling helplessly and hopelessly into ever increasing numbers of warring splinter factions.
The way we have developed since the 1890's provides irrefutable PROOF of of that.
Twisted, perverted interpretations of our founding Ideals and the Protestant Christian Ethic by clever, disingenuous sophists and venal unprincipled shysters has given us a tragic loss of norms. Consequently we've been deracinated –– cut loose from our morrings, and been asea –– and SEASICK –– ever since.

America used to be a melting pot, where cultures from all over blended together to produce a vibrant, successful nation. Today, not so much.
America is now a smelting pot, where incompatible cultures separate under extreme heat, producing sulfurous odors, societal corrosives, slag and other useless byproducts.
I say this as the son and grandson of Eastern European immigrants who, despite their thick slavic accents, ASSIMILATED.
I had grandparents who spoke with "thick ITALIAN accents," but they not only ASSIMILATED they made sure their children became more "WASPY" than mostauthentic WASPS.

The SupremeCourt’s Public Information Office told TheHill that Ginsburg was attending the regular closed-door meeting in which the justices consider requests to review cases. Ginsburg has been absent from the court since undergoing surgery in late December to remove two cancerous nodules from her lower left lung. The 85-year-old justice missed oral arguments last month while recovering at home from the surgery. Of course "volatility" stll rules the day. As long as the DefecRats, the RINO's and the ENEMEDIA keep trying harass and bully President Trump out of office fo sheer SPITE and nothing else, peoples confidence will be damaged which in turn damages our future prospects.
FORTUNATELY our remarkable president is staying almost miraculously STRONG ––and SMART. He continues to OUTWORK and OUTWIT his vicious, incredibly stupid enemies at every turn.
Franco, It occurs to me, the old white cracker asses of the US government are about to age out in 15-20 years and will be replaced by fooking morons like AOC and vermin like the moslem vermin congress critters. What would stop this from happening?

Last week in Viareggio, Italy, the citizens paraded with a huge float depicting President Trump as Hercules. Looking at his many accomplishments against countless enemies and political opponents, the depiction was not inapt. Like Hercules, he defeated the Queen of the Amazons, and this week, he´s going on to clean out the Augean Stables. In this respect, he´s aided by the utter stupidity of his opponents.
A. The Green New Deal
For decades now, under the guise of environmental protection, the far left has tied down America's economy. It's been largely gradual, hidden in fancy language and supported by those little harmed by these restrictions.
Last week, the fresh woman congress-creature, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, whose previous experience was bartending, and Senator Ed Markey, whose commercial experience before entering the political ring was driving an ice cream truck, proposed a Green New Deal.
Without reading it, all or most … of the announced Democratic presidential candidates endorsed it, to their subsequent embarrassment when the details they hadn't bothered to read became known.
Ocasio-Cortez kindly provided a FAQ cheat sheet, which revealed how insane the plan was. When the details were known, she withdrew it, offering various versions of why it wasn't the real Cliff Notes of the deal.

It's very hard for me to rate to this strange, eerily provocative creature, known as AOC. She [IT?] has caused me to doubt we could be members of the same species.
How many of "THEM" do you suppose there are that have infiltrated and stealthily taken over the upper echelons of society where all major policy decisions are made for us –– more and more against our ollective will, as it turns out?
