  1. The Kavanaugh Saga Shows We Have Not Yet Plumbed the Depths of Democratic Ruthlessness

    Washington Post,

    by Marc A. Thiessen

President Trump apologized to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh and his family for the “terrible pain and suffering” they endured during his confirmation process, declaring that “what happened to the Kavanaugh family violates every notion of fairness, decency and due process.” Democrats seem to be taking the opposite lesson from the Kavanaugh fight. As Politico recently tweeted, “After failing to stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Democrats wonder if it’s time to be more ruthless.” More ruthless? There are a lot of reasons the effort to stop Kavanaugh failed, but a lack of ruthlessness is not one of them. Kavanaugh’s opponents ...

  2. Hillary Clinton Is Dangerous

    American Spectator,

    by David Catron

Many Americans have been wondering when the Democrats are finally going to calm down and accept the will of the voters as expressed in the 2016 election.

Hillary Clinton provided the answer Tuesday afternoon — never. She clearly believes that Republican control of Congress or the Presidency is, by definition, illegitimate and must be resisted by any means necessary.

During an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour she said, “[Y]ou cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for.” She went on to say that “civility can start again” when the Democrats [once again rule the roost] ...

  3. The Left´s Next Big Thing

    American Thinker,

    by J.R. Dunn

Fresh off getting their britches kicked over the Kavanaugh nomination, the American left has come up with yet another scheme to stymie the GOP and strangle the MAGA program in its cradle. This is the product of John Burton, an Obama acolyte and political activist who, harnessing the crowdsourcing process (the "Wiki effect"), has signed up an army of amateur volunteers to examine the records of dozens of vulnerable GOP candidates with the intention of publicizing these findings in a string of October surprises. ...

  4. Confirmation Bias: Brett Kavanaugh and the Major Media´s Worst Moment

    Washington Examiner,

    by Becket Adams

For all the recent talk about facts versus “fake news,” telling the truth, and recapturing the public´s trust in the era of President Trump, some of our most important newsrooms blew it when it mattered most. Worse still, some demonstrated an immediate willingness to trade this industry´s already badly battered reputation for a political victory. We are now at the unsuccessful conclusion of a four-week-long effort by certain media organizations to prove Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is a violent sexual predator and a lying alcoholic. The reckless and grossly irresponsible scramble ...

  5. Kavanaugh Backs Trump Administration on Jailing and Deporting Immigrants
    for Crimes Committed Years Earlier

    Los Angeles Times,

    by David G. Savage

Washington - Newly seated Justice Brett Kavanaugh spoke up Wednesday in defense of the Trump administration’s view that legal immigrants with criminal records must be arrested and held for deportation, even years after they were convicted and completed their sentences. At issue is a federal law that calls for mandatory detention and possible deportation for “criminal aliens,” including legal immigrants convicted of crimes ranging from violent felonies to simple drug possession. The law says the Homeland Security secretary “shall take into custody any alien” with a criminal record that could lead to deportation “when the alien ...

  6. Roberts refers judicial misconduct complaints against Kavanaugh to federal appeals court in Colorado

    Washington Post,

by Ann E. Marimow, Tom Hamburger

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. on Wednesday referred more than a dozen judicial misconduct complaints filed recently against Brett M. Kavanaugh to a federal appeals court in Colorado. The 15 complaints, related to statements Kavanaugh made during his Senate confirmation hearings, were initially filed with the federal appeals court in Washington, where Kavanaugh served for the last 12 years before his confirmation Saturday to the Supreme Court. The allegations center on whether Kavanaugh was dishonest and lacked judicial temperament during his Senate testimony, according to people familiar with the ...

    9. Well, that´s a headline grabber- but that is all it is. I can file a suit against Campbell´s soup because I do not like their Chicken Noodle soup- the noodles are too soft for me. But, that does not mean a court will ever hear my suit. Inmates in the prison where I worked demonstrated to me how easy it is to file a writ of Habeus Corpus. But, actually getting a court to hear the case on merit is a whole ´nuther can of beans.

This idiot has filed a frivolous suit that no court in the land can further. Once a SCOTUS Justice has been elevated to the Seat, he is not above the law, but he/she is now a critter of a whole other branch- The Senators heard, studied and investigated and the Justice is seated- that is now out of the jurisdiction of any court.

Now, if Kavanaugh did something after being seated, he can be impeached. But, no court can rule against a decision of congress in seating a Justice. Only an act of 2/3 majority can remove a sitting Justice if they find him guilty of the impeachment.

Good luck with that, dummy Roberts! But, your silly act of filing will probably play well in ´Frisco and Portland.

  8. After Its Kavanaugh Loss, The Left Gets Even More Unhinged

    Investor´s Business Daily, by Staff

Civility: Anyone who hoped that cooler heads would prevail after the Democrats lost their full-scale war against Justice Brett Kavanaugh was soon disappointed. Instead, the left has doubled down, trashing every institution they say contributed to their loss. In just the few days since Kavanaugh joined his eight other colleagues on the Supreme Court, liberal journalists, pundits and leading Democrats have: Attacked the Senate as an undemocratic institution. Questioned the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. Attacked the Constitution. Eagerly talked about packing the Supreme Court with liberal justices. Called for still more aggressive tactics against "enemies" on the right. Remained silent about ...

A new book titled "Hidden Tribes: A Study of America’s Polarized Landscape" purports to show that Americans are more politically alike than they are different, that a vast majority of Americans reject "PC culture," and that fewer people have truly radical political beliefs than it may seem. The Atlantic reports that the book is based on a study conducted by More in Common, an organization charged with bringing British citizens together in the wake of MP Jo Cox´s murder at the hands of a pro-Brexit extremist. The study involved more than 8,000 Americans and had some surprising results. "According to ...

    Washington Times,

    by Cheryl K. Chumley

Christine Blasey Ford has been nominated for the University of North Carolina’s highly esteemed alumna award for speaking publicly about the allegations of sexual assault she hurled then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s way.

And with that, the topsy-turvy world of truth the left already inhabits just did another somersault. Let’s be clear: Ford alleged Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a party during high school — but offered no proof, no clear memories of the incident, no supporting statements, no solid witness testimonies, no police reports, no corroborating evidence at all. ...

Social Justice is an oxymoron. All that is "social" in it, corrupts actual justice, like a class-action suit corrupts the suit against an individual. Praise Socrates for refusing to try the Admirals jointly! He knew what justice was, and what it wasn't. Social justice isn't justice.

  16. After the very ugly, and nothing less than disgusting looking antics perpetrated by the left over Judge Brett Kavanaugh, we’ve seen a wild swing in polling in the Republicans favor. While the leftwings prominent politicians encourage an increase in these ugly antics, the left wing media is attempting to provide them cover by trying to prohibit anyone from calling what is clearly an ugly, violent mob by its proper name, a "mob". This attempt was tried before and failed miserably, and will no doubt fail again.

We’ve all seen and heard about the numerous occasions when prominent members of Republicans were accosted by mobs at restaurants, at work, out in public, and the stories have been just swept away under the rug. . We’ve seen the “protesters” clawing at the Supreme Court doors, and shouting those disgusting vile slogans. We’ve seen dozens of Antifa protests attended by hundreds or even thousands at a time, with no shortage of property damage, clashes with police, and even violence.
When will these idiotic people learn that it's getting them NO WHERE!.. And the American people are getting sick and tired of reading, and seeing this on TV.
